We all want to live in a home that is nice and warm during the cold months, of which there is a substantial amount in the UK. Don’t underestimate the difference a heating system makes: it can’t be pleasant to stroll to the bathroom in the morning when it’s absolutely freezing, and discover just how cold a cold shower really is.
Combination boilers are the answer to most people’s needs: they heat water and also do a great job of warming your house.
There are probably many more benefits but let’s stick to the following couple of benefits to combi boilers for now:
Your electricity bills become smaller. You no longer need to worry about insanely high electricity bills when you have a combi boiler. These boilers are efficient at doing two things at the same time: it combines traditional boiler as well as a hot water heater. There is no need to preheat water for when you need it; you simply heat the amount of water you need at any given time.
You’ll have more space for other things. The boiler unit doesn’t take up a lot of space so there’s much more available estate for the other, more important stuff in your life. It’ll also help people who live in smaller spaces where bigger systems are just not an option.
You’ll be the one in control. The digital thermostat gives you this advantage over other type of systems: you can control the temperature by simply adjusting it on the thermostat. Do you want it to be colder? That’s fine. Or up the temperature a bit for when it’s really cold outside.
Each room gets just the amount of warmth it needs. This ties in with the former point. You get to choose how much or how little you need to stay warm.
You no longer need to wait before you can jump into the shower. The water is hot when you need it to be and there’s no more delay. This means you can stay in bed just that little bit longer and only then trudge off to have a shower.
