Forget blow-up dolls and Austin Powers inspired Fembots, Roxxxy, the world’s first sex robot, has arrived and is ready to take the adult world by storm. And if you thought that sex toys couldn’t get anymore realistic than Andy, the world’s most advanced sex android, think again.
Recently revealed at the popular AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas, Roxxxy is not your average robot. She is a talking, touching, feeling, negligee clad version of a female, boasting flesh coloured silicone skin (supposedly it feels like skin), dark hair, and four personality types. These personality types range from Frigid Farrah and Mature Martha, to Wild Wendy and S&M Susan.
Created by TrueCompanion engineer Douglas Hines, Roxxxy can be programmed to learn your likes and dislikes. Roxxxy was modelled from a Caucasian student, but if dark hair and olive skin is not your thing, you can opt for blonde, ginger or even bald. Eye colour and outfits can also be changed according to your personal preference buy simply filling out a questionnaire. This gives engineers a clue on the type of personality and looks you require in your robot friend.
This all seems pretty easy right, but how many of you out there will actually purchase a sex bot to fulfill your wildest sexual fantasies? According to its creator, Roxxxy is not just about sex, but about companionship as well. Having someone constantly with you who is willing to listen is what many lonely people crave, and Roxxxy is able to be that supportive and understanding friend. And if that’s not enough, Roxxxy has been billed as the next best thing in a sex toy market and has piqued the interests of many curious minds. And females, have no fear, TrueCompanion is said to be in the process of making a girl’s best friend as well, rumoured to be named Rocky.
But if you are looking for nothing but a cheap date best you look elsewhere as Roxxxy retails at about $7000.
